The Cobblestone Apartments FAQ:
A lease is a basic agreement between you and the owner of the community. The lease is legally binding and enforceable through the legal system. If you choose to move out before the end of the lease terms, the resident could still be responsible to pay the remainder of the lease agreement.
A deposit of $350 for a 2 bedroom and $450 for a 3 bedroom is required in order to reserve an apartment.
No, however it is encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can purchase to protect your personal property as the management/landlords is not responsible for replacement to tenants. Replacement of your belongings if they are damaged, lost, or stolen could be covered. The Collier Companies does not promote any specific insurance coverage.
Cobblestone Apartments offers 2 and 3 bedroom townhome style floor plans, with the options of standard and upgraded units. Ask your leasing specialist which floor plan may work best for you based on what you are looking for in your new apartment home.
Our move-in date is August 8th, 2017. Our move-out date is July 30th, 2017.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 4th of the month. A $50 fee is added to the delinquent account on the 4th, and $10/day thereafter not to exceed $250.
Online rental payments through RentCafe can be automatically set up once the resident has moved in and the set up codes have been supplied to the resident from the office staff.
We are pet friendly with no breed restrictions up to 80 lbs. The pet fee will range from $250-$350, and pet rent will range from $25-45. Both pet fee and pet rent are dependent upon the age and weight of your pet.
